Working on Hilti’s Northern Europe HQ in Manchester gave me the chance to bring the brand to life in a truly immersive way. From the start, I saw it as more than just an office—it needed to feel like a physical expression of Hilti’s culture, values and ambition.
I led the creative direction of the space, shaping how brand storytelling, spatial design and wayfinding came together as one cohesive experience. From early concepts through to final delivery, my focus was on building something that felt unmistakably Hilti—bold, functional and human.
The project spanned multiple floors, each with its own purpose, but all connected through a clear narrative. I developed a flexible storytelling system that translated the brand into spatial moments—embedding product, people and performance stories directly into the environment. Alongside this, I defined the wayfinding approach, making sure it was intuitive while still carrying personality and reinforcing the brand throughout.
Collaborating closely with architects, designers and stakeholders, I worked to ensure every detail—right down to the smallest touchpoint—felt considered and connected. The result is a space that not only works operationally, but genuinely reflects the energy and ambition of the brand in a tangible way.
